
This is my first attempt at light painting.
In total darkness, the camera is focused on the subject with the aperture wide open. The shutter is set for a time release, so it stays open until you manually close it. While the shutter is open a light source “paints” the subject. The light is the only thing that shows up in the picture.
Hmmm, I need a steadier hand and waaaay more practice.
