Baseball already? Yup, high school baseball starts this week.
Just as the college basketball tournaments are ending and March Madness is starting to heat up, I went to a high school baseball game (inter-squad scrimmage) last weekend. Hey, I’m not ready for baseball! I want to enjoy college basketball; I don’t even have my brackets filled out for the NCAA basketball tournament yet!
Oh well, it was a beautiful day for baseball, seemed like May rather than March. There might not be a nicer day this spring. Who cares what month it is when you get to see your grandson making the first score for his team.
