Napping Lions
The Sky Tram at Henry Doorly Zoo gave me an eye-level view of two lions napping near the top of a large rock. The lions took advantage of the mid-morning shade before the sun got too high.
From the ground, you might see the lion’s ear or paw hanging over the side, but this view was a treat. The shot is a little soft, but not bad from a swinging chair 30 yards away.
I wonder what they were dreaming.
Thought for the Day: Do not try to fight a lion if you are not one yourself.
