The Joslyn Art Museum in Omaha, NE has something for everyone. Noted for its premier collection of 19th and 20th century American and European artists, it also has works by Veronese, Titian, Rembrandt and El Greco from the 16th and 17th century.

Other areas of interest include impressive collections of Western American and Native American art, Chihuly glass sculptures, a sculpture garden, and impressionist works by Degas, Monet and Renoir. The Museum is an educational resource that hosts concerts and special exhibits.

My favorite place in the museum is the Storz Fountain Court.

Thought for the Day: It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.
