The Bridge of Lions crosses the Matanzas River near the south end of St. Augustine’s Old Town in northeast Florida. The bridge provides access to Anastasia Island, a barrier island protecting the mainland from the Atlantic Ocean. This photo was taken shortly after sunrise.
