Pear

Pear wine was my third attempt, hoping fermentation would relieve my general dislike for the fruit.

My review: A rich amber color and obvious clarity, matched with aroma hinting of light butterscotch, teases the palette’s anticipation. However, the lack of any bold flavor makes for a timid finish.

Thought for the Day: I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food.
